recently i went to get my car washed at this texas shine location and the guy who directs you into the tracks was more interested in his phone that guiding my car, half way through the tunnel my car was pushed back and then forward as soon as that hppnd my tire pressure sensor went on I drove out of the tunnel had my car dried off and as i drove away realized my tire was completly flat! i went back and spoke to the man in chrage at first he was nice and put air in my tire. well after driving away a 2nd time my tire was completly flat once again this time i was mad my car is brand new 2010 corolla and he had the nerve to say the company had no responsibily in what had hppnd to my tire! I made him fill out an incident report and ive called the cooporate office many times and left voice mails and I have yet to hear from them. Goes to show you how much they care about their customer service. the man i spoke to was quick to say it wasnt their fault unbelievable. needless to say i will be taking my business somewhere else. I'd also like to add this isnt the first time this hppn a simpple web search will show more incidents have occured at this location with in the last couple months.
